Here is an employee story video produced by our Blare Films Arizona team. Highlighting stellar employees is meaningful, as perfectly epitomized by the Mattress Firm employee story video. This compelling narrative revolves around Christina, an area manager serving North Phoenix and Scottsdale. The tale unfurls with how a Mattress Firm mattress had been instrumental in treating her severe back conditions before she joined the company as a local sales representative. Her meteoric rise, from struggling to walk to managing a sector then an entire region, was fueled by her outstanding work ethic, community spirit, and genuine client care. Filmed in late January, the environment was akin to an early spring.

Our journey followed Christina from her home in Chandler, Arizona, to her Scottsdale store. There, we exquisitely captured B-roll footage of Christina’s interaction with clients and panoramic shots of the expansive showroom floor. Director Justin McAleece and DP Chance Roberts expertly managed the 6K Red Epic to secure these scenes, with Matt Cole, our grip, ensuring perfect interview lighting and audio. Our Phoenix-based crew executed their roles flawlessly, even managing to include charming snippets of little Roman’s involvement in the video.

Upon completion, the raw footage was relayed to our editing hub in California, led by the proficient Mauricio Tapia. This captivating narrative was only the first in a series of three videos slotted into this marketing campaign. The project underscored the underestimated importance of a good-quality mattress! Thanks are in order for Contently for sourcing and commissioning us for the task, which allowed us to propose several concepts before final approval. The end product exceeded our expectations, and we are excited for forthcoming projects.
