The event promo video for SIIA’s 2023 event was an exciting project, filmed over three days by our skilled videographers, James Kelley and Pascal Trenou. The stunning JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge served as the backdrop, capturing the elegance and vibrancy of both the location and the event itself. The video opens with breathtaking aerial and ground-level shots to set the scene. As we guide you through the lobby, the journey seamlessly leads to the bustling registration area. Beyond capturing the essence of keynote speeches and breakout sessions, the video weaves through various booths and exhibits. Networking is highlighted not just at the conference but also in vibrant settings like restaurants, bars, and SIIA’s exclusive patio spaces. To top it all off, the final evening party showcases the perfect blend of learning, networking, and sheer fun, all expertly captured to reflect the spirit of SIIA 2023.

We’ve been capturing conference moments for many years, whether hired by booth exhibitors or the event producers themselves. Often, we simply hand over the footage we film, but there are instances where we handle both filming and editing. We even provide editing on-site or overnight to deliver content while the event is ongoing. For this particular event, there wasn’t a pressing deadline. Our client opted to release their recap video as an event promo video only after securing their 2024 date. This video was cleverly used to promote registrations for the following event—what a brilliant strategy! This approach not only showcased the event but also provided a head start for the upcoming one.
